Customer Service Representative

What we expect from our Customer Service Representative:

  • A fun, friendly person who genuinely enjoys talking to and helping other people.
  • Someone who wants to answer phones, who can remain calm even when things are hectic
  • Excellent attention to detail. You will be taking down information from patients and making sure that it is recorded accurately is extremely important
  • Ability to answer questions and guide our patients. You will be the first point of contact into our company so we need you to be upbeat, friendly and answer all of the questions the patient may have
  • The ability to handle multiple phone calls at once and being able to direct them as necessary
  • Professionalism. While we like to have fun it is important to remember that we are dealing with patients who are in pain and therefore must maintain professionalism at all times
  • Punctuality. Being on time and showing up for a shift is a must. We are a small company so you are the only person doing your job
  • Someone who wants to be a part of a team. We all work together to make the patient healthy and happy so having someone who is a team player is very important in this role.
  • Compassion and respect. The person who succeeds in this role has compassion and listens.
