Patient Load
8 –10 patients per day, 1-on-1
No double-booking. No techs running treatments. You spend the full session with each patient, manual therapy, loading, coaching, progression. The way you were trained.
Specialty Tracks
Pick your lane. We’ll mentor you in it.
Orthopedic & manual therapy, sports & performance, pelvic health, vestibular & neuro, and aquatic. Choose the path you want to grow in and we’ll pair you with a senior clinician in that specialty.
Things We Don't Have
No non-compete. No nonsense.

I built Total Performance Physical Therapy because I wanted to practice differently. The chains have their reasons for the way they operate, productivity metrics, corporate contracts, the squeeze of insurance margins. I get it. But I didn’t want to spend my career doing it that way, and I didn’t want to ask the clinicians on my team to either.
If you’ve ever finished a workday wondering if you actually helped anyone, or if you’re a new grad about to sign with a chain and something in your gut is telling you to slow down, I’d love to hear from you.
