  • Forming a connection with your patients. We are about treating the patient, not just the diagnosis, so having the ability to relate and talk to all your patients is important
  • To be a team player. You will be working for a small company and we all help each other out to be successful. Working together with the front desk, the medical biller and the aides to ensure a painless experience for our patients.
  • To be involved in the community. We are leaders in the communities we represent, so whether it is presenting at a health fair or showing up to a sports day, our therapists are involved in the community
  • To be your patients first stop for musculoskeletal issues. We like to use our direct access licenses (don’t worry we can help you get one if you don’t have one) and through our engagement with our patients, even after discharge, we become their first stop when they are injured. Whether we treat them or refer them elsewhere, we are the experts they turn to.
  • Help us shape the future of our company. Our founder, Dr. Heather Moore, is in the clinics daily and wants your opinion on how things are run and what things we can do to make this company the best it can be! You will have real say in the direction things are headed. You won’t be just another number here!
