1st Annual Injury Prevention Event
Total Performance Physical Therapy Presents the 1st Annual Injury Prevention Event
There is no cost for the event – simply show up and learn why injury prevention is performance enhancement.
We welcome the region’s age 10+ athletes and their parents to an event that is all things injury prevention! You’ll have access to a multidisciplinary group of providers – an orthopedic surgeon, physical therapists, trainers, a nutritionist and more. They can provide exercises, education, and methods to keep your young athlete healthy.

Incontinence Workshop
If you’re experiencing incontinence pre- or post-partum, with prolonged sitting, during bending/lifting movements, in response to high-impact or other fitness-related activities, or during any other function of daily living, this seminar is for you!
Dr. Marta Buzik, Physical Therapist and Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health Specialist will be at the North Wales location on April 17th, 7pm to answer your questions. We hope to see you there!
